Peacock Alley Bar

Peacock Alley traces its roots to the original promenade that connected the Waldorf and Astoria hotels, a place to see and be seen. Reimagined for today, the cocktail program, developed by Jeff Bell, is inspired by iconic former guests and classic techniques. The menu offers refined takes on American staples with nods to the hotel’s heritage.

Yoshoku

Discover an elevated dining experience shaped by a playful West-meets-East philosophy, where Chef Ry Nitzkowski brings a distinctly New York perspective to Western interpretations of traditional Japanese cuisine. Set against Louis Rigal’s striking 1931 Wheel of Life mosaic, Yoskoku evolves throughout the day — from a Japanese-inspired afternoon tea service that reimagines the hotel‘s storied tea tradition, to an evening dinner experience featuring both à la carte offerings and a chef curated kaiseki-style menu. Tucked discreetly within the space, Bar Yoshoku offers an intimate setting for rare Japanese whiskies and expertly crafted cocktails.
